Our Story

Linka began with a simple idea: to create something that encourages people to slow down and engage with creativity in a meaningful way.

By profession, I am an attorney, a career that requires constant focus, analysis, and problem-solving. Over time, I became increasingly aware of how easily moments of rest are replaced by passive consumption and endless scrolling, which rarely provides the sense of calm or creativity one hopes to find.

I began looking for a creative outlet that allowed for a different kind of engagement , something that would quiet the noise of daily life while still challenging the mind.

In that search, I noticed that many puzzles available on the market felt conventional and visually uninspiring. Few were designed with the intention of being beautiful objects in their own right.

Together with my mother, an artist, the idea for Linka began to take shape.

Each Linka puzzle begins as one of her original paintings, thoughtfully designed and created by hand before being transformed into a puzzle. From the outset, our intention was to create puzzles that function not only as an activity, but also as works of art.

The completed puzzles are designed to be worthy of display, while the boxes themselves are thoughtfully designed to resemble beautiful coffee-table books or objects, intended to sit comfortably within a home rather than be tucked away in storage.

Linka is built on the belief that stepping away from screens, engaging the mind, and creating something piece by piece can be both restorative and deeply satisfying.

We hope our puzzles bring moments of calm, creativity, and thoughtful engagement into your home.
